The Salt Lake County Constables Office has an open recuritment process, and we would encourage you to apply.
In order to apply, You would need to fill out an application and background packet, and meet the following criteria:



DEPUTY CONSTABLE

No Felony Convictions of any type.
UTAH P.O.S.T Certification - Special Functions. (Minimum)
Must be a United States citizen.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to carry a firearm while on duty.
Must be of Good Moral Character

SWORN POSITION

PROCESS SERVER

No Felony Convictions of any type.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have Reliable Transportation.
Must be of Good Moral Character
Must have a Good Credit Rating with No Bankruptcy
